Here’s something to look forward to at the end of this week: our “black” Tasting Day. The beer in the spotlight is Black Swan, to be joined by a selection of cask ale friends. For this batch of our 4.5% roasted coffee stout, we’ve sourced Guatemalan coffee from Method Roastery, cold brewed it, and added it to the fermentation vessel.
