Here’s something to look forward to at the end of this week: our “black” Tasting Day.  The beer in the spotlight is Black Swan, to be joined by a selection of cask ale friends.  For this batch of our 4.5% roasted coffee stout, we’ve sourced Guatemalan coffee from Method Roastery, cold brewed it, and added it to the fermentation vessel.  This dials up the inherent roasted, coffee notes of the dark grains used for brewing.   The rest of the…
