Poetry Marathon-Knighton

Please support a free pop in poetry and music festival on the 9th September 2017 in Knighton. We have attracted some high quality published poets and musicians, there will be a bookstall and an exhibition and refreshments. The community market is open next door in the morning so people can even do their shopping! An interesting, enjoyable day is predicted. Knighton and District Refugee Support Group is raising money for Help Refugees
The official www.poetrymarathon2017.com is now launched. The site gives you more information about the day. Do send the link on to anyone you know. The site connects with Facebook and Twitter so please use social networks to spread the word. It also has downloadable flyers and posters for you to use in your local area. This fundraising event will be a success if we can all work together to publicise it!
In addition we are looking for volunteers to help us on the day. If you or anyone you know can do take part please contact us using the Contact Form on the website.
