Chamber Music for Strings

Musicians from North Wales and Shropshire present an informal concert premiering two works by newly-resident-in-Presteigne composer John Hyslop. The works, for a Viola trio and string quartet, employ traditional musical forms infused with hints of Ibero-Celtic Iron Age pop music from the Walton Basin, circ. 2500 BC.
Presteigne Assembly Rooms 4pm.
Admission free with suggested  £10 donation, on the door
