No, not a ghost story, but our first student platform concert since the disruption of the pandemic. The ensemble will be showcasing the endless capabilities of the trombone with a glorious mix of original pieces and arrangements, ranging from the 16^th to the 21^st centuries in a programme that will have something to please everyone. This includes composers as diverse as Thomas Tallis  and Henry Mancini, plus a piece recently commissioned for the group which  will be first aired in the concert before being taken on to other venues.
