Historic Huntington Fete to be Held on Saturday, 20th July

Huntington Village is holding its traditional Fete this summer on Saturday, July
20th, in the beautiful gardens of Huntington Court, home to William and Fiona
Shone.
The Fete, a unique blend of tradition and fun, is a hit among locals and visitors
alike. It features a variety of time-honoured favourites, including homemade
cakes and produce stalls, old-fashioned garden party games, competitions, raffle
prizes, and delicious homemade teas.
The Fete will raise money for Huntington’s churches, Village Hall and, this year,
the Patient Participation Group ( PPG ) of Kington Medical Practice. They are
currently raising funds to buy a blood-testing centrifuge machine. At the
moment, all blood is sent to Hereford, so acquiring this machine will enable
blood tests to be carried out during the surgery. This will considerably speed up
the diagnosis of local patients.
The fete opens at 3 pm, and admission and parking are free.
